DeployQuantum is a quantum readiness platform operated from Athens, Greece. This policy covers the deployquantum.com website. For any data-related request, email info@deployquantum.com.

What we collect

Analytics (consent required)

If you click Accept on our cookie banner, we load two analytics services:

• PostHog (EU-hosted). Page views, clicks, scroll depth, form submissions, and session recordings. All form inputs are masked in recordings. No data leaves the EU.
• Google Analytics 4. Aggregate traffic and acquisition data with IP anonymisation enabled. Advertising features and ad cookies are disabled.

If you click Decline, neither service loads and no analytics cookies are set.

Cloudflare Web Analytics (no consent needed)

Privacy-first pageview counts collected by Cloudflare at the CDN level. No cookies, no personal identifiers, no way to trace back to an individual visitor.

Forms

When you submit a form on this site (contact, scan report request, early access signup, or notification request), we collect the fields you fill in: typically your name, email, and organization. Some forms also include your scan results so we can send a relevant report. All form data is delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms and used only to respond to your enquiry.

If you have accepted analytics, submitting a form also links your email to your anonymous analytics session in PostHog. This helps us understand which pages led to a conversation. You can request removal at any time.

Local storage

We store a small amount of data in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie preference, your progress through our assessment tools, and which page referred you to our contact form. This data stays on your device. It is not transmitted to any server unless you submit a form.

What we do not collect

• No advertising or retargeting cookies
• No cross-site tracking
• No payment or billing data (we do not process payments on this site)
• No data from minors (this site is not directed at anyone under 16)

Cookies and consent

On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent. Analytics cookies load only after you accept. Your choice is stored in your browser for 180 days. You can change it at any time:

Data retention

Analytics data is retained for 12 months, then automatically deleted. Form submissions are kept as long as needed to address your enquiry, then deleted. If you request deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

Your rights

Under GDPR and UK data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict processing of, or delete any personal data we hold about you. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will note what changed here.
